Food is always good here, service is friendly, and building is clean. Only draw back is the prices of food but thats it. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Messed up on my order twice. manager seemed to be very careless of our problems we were having. Ordered a side salad and it only had one piece of lettuce, a tomato slice, a few pieces of onion, and some cheese. Love the Hardees in Lafayette! This experience was horrific!!
Slowest drive thru ever. I came here before work several times thinking that maybe the first few times I came maybe they were short staffed. So I gave them a chance. I love Hardee’s food. But I will never go to this one ever again. They are SLOWWWWW!!! Get it together Hardee’s
Food was really good, but service was VERY slow because there was only 3 people working at 6pm!!! Girl up front had to do front orders and drive in.... she was so busy with drive through that people in the restaurant had to wait along time... Not really her fault, but why be short staffed at peak hours??!!
Jalapeño burger is awesome... fries were fresh and the lady taking drive through orders was very pleasant. Not the normal fast food attitude that I get elsewhere. Best driver through experience I've had in years.
