I asked the gentleman if I could have my rings cleaned. He took one look at them, very obviously rolled his eyes and said unhappily "yes". He returned a minute later, silently handed them to me and walked away. He did not even give me a chance to say that I was asking for a deep clean and a setting check. I've never felt more unwanted by a business. This used to be my go to place but I will never return.
