I've always done my shopping here and, would love better customer service from employees.
I use to work for Walmart and I am here to tell you this store is a joke... customer service out the window they do not believe in it here... no manager on site only department managers... I bought a ring and noticed it had some wear and tear on it so I took it back... they then put it back on the self and marked it sellable on the computer with no damages... hello That’s why I brought it back to begin with... just ridiculous
I actually have good experiences at most Walmart Supercenters, from time to time. Some of the people who work there are helpful, whenever you are in need of help in finding things in a particular department.
Everyone was very helpful. The store is very clean. The cashier was awesome
It's a Wal Mart. That said, it's overall very clean and properly staffed. The shelves are well stocked and the traffic is tolerable.
