Bridgestone Duelers ~ 1 year old on my 2015 Silverado gone bad. Violent shaking between 70 and 80 MPH makes it very unpleasant when driving your 'new' vehicle. I spoke with the service team at Ray Chevrolet about the problem I was having. They brought me in then offered me some coffee and a vehicle (if I needed to leave). I waited instead and in less than two hours I had new tires, wiper blades, and an oil change. Additionally, to my surprise, they washed my truck! I'm back on the road and able to enjoy driving my new truck again thanks to my friends on the service team at Ray Chevrolet. As always, great job guys. Much appreciated!
Came in on short notice due to dead batteries. Took me in that afternoon and had me fixed up with two new batteries in about 1-1.5 hrs. Good, considering I had no appointment. Also hook me up with with a good sale on the same factory batteries. A+ service every time. Been with dealership roughly 10 yrs now and the service has proven why I will continue to stay.

Went in with 10k down and 40k in the bank and just because i dont have a job at this time they cant finance me. They got my hopes up and since i diddnt want to go used they ignored me and basically told me to leave.
Despite having issues (mostly suspension) with the new vehicle bought last year, that is a GM problem. Ray Chevrolet themselves however have been very accomodating during the repairs and each time provided us with a quality rental car each time so we could maintain our daily lives. Everytime we had an issue the service advisors (one male and one female upfront) worked hard to diagnose and their technicians worked to repair quickly. And they fixed 99% of the problems. Pricing on the vehicle itself was great and gave us a respectable trade in amount. As far as the sale and service goes, A+.
